No hassle instant message vehicle purchase!!! I saw a truck that looked interesting on the CarSmart.net website. I stopped by for a test drive and loved the truck and friendly staff!!! Later that day I sent the staff a text message asking what the out the door price would be for the vehicle? They responded right back, and three text messages later I purchased the truck. I love my car but the customer service I received was very poor. I felt like an option and not a customer. It sucked a lot. Bob Garcia handled everything for the most part. He would always say he would call me back and never did it was really annoying. He said I had lane switching assistance on my car and it doesn’t and there isn’t any compensation for it. I will never buy a car from a different car dealership. ALL the employees were so helpful and made sure I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I also had a minor issue with the radio not working and did not realize it until I got home. HOWEVER, they took care of it the very next day with no problem. I highly recommend.
