I am a divorced mom of 3 children. I was having issues with my truck and was stressed with having to purchase a new vehicle. I was headed to Kia in Rivergate to try and purchase a truck I didn’t even want.. and I happen to drive by Carsmart. I immediately saw the car of my dreams ! Everyone was helpful and professional. I was so glad that even though I was a single lady.. I didn’t feel taken or forced to purchase something I didn’t really want. I am extremely happy with my experience at Carsmart!

I had a very pleasant, no pressure experience here. No one swooped in like a vulture the second I got out of my car and wandered the lot, it was a refreshing change from most other dealers!

Great experience and I would absolutely shop here again! I found CarSmart.net after countless hours of hunting for a gently used Ram Truck. I was so frustrated with the other dealers I had been working with and was about to start searching out of state when I found what I was looking for on their website. They went over and above to take care of me had issues with steering. I called Terry and problem was solved. No run arounds. Next car will be purchased here. Bob, Terry and Tyler great.

I worked with Terry and Tyler and both couldn't have been more helpful in the process. The sale was not pressured at all and everyone was there to answer any questions without being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership for a good low mileage used vehicle. The lot is small but don't let that sway you somewhere else. If they have something you’re looking for, don't hesitate to stop in and make a deal.

Terry was very nice & not pushy. They work with you on trying to get you the best deal, & treat you like a person & not a dollar sign. Out of all the dealerships we went to Carsmart had the cleanest vehicles. We had shopped around looking for a truck & all the used vehicles looked used. All the ones we looked at here looked new inside & out. Whoever their detailer is takes pride in his work.
