I was very happy with my experience at car smart. They were very friendly and helped me with what I was liking for. My 2018 Chevy Silverado is a great truck and the salesman did a great job.

I love my car but the customer service I received was very poor. I felt like an option and not a customer. It sucked a lot. Bob Garcia handled everything for the most part. He would always say he would call me back and never did it was really annoying. He said I had lane switching assistance on my car and it doesn’t and there isn’t any compensation for it. Everyone else did great. Also the car was posted with a sun roof and there wasn’t a sun roof. My car didn’t even come with plates I had to ask for them. Bob is still suppo... read more

I will never buy a car from a different car dealership. ALL the employees were so helpful and made sure I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I also had a minor issue with the radio not working and did not realize it until I got home. HOWEVER, they took care of it the very next day with no problem. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience at CarSmart. Shawn was our salesman the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of the lot! We purchased a 2018 Ram Bighorn at a very fair price with an added bonus of new running boards! I highly recommend them! And they delivered! Happy in Cumberland 😁😁 Joe and Deb

I am a divorced mom of 3 children. I was having issues with my truck and was stressed with having to purchase a new vehicle. I was headed to Kia in Rivergate to try and purchase a truck I didn’t even want.. and I happen to drive by Carsmart. I immediately saw the car of my dreams ! Everyone was helpful and professional. I was so glad that even though I was a single lady.. I didn’t feel taken or forced to purchase something I didn’t really want. I am extremely happy with my experience at Carsmart!
