Friendly , knowledgeable and honest
I had a great experience here! I got a great deal on a great car. I wasn't expecting perfect due to the age and low prices (minor flaws were expected). There was great customer service and I will be expecting to come back if there are any needs for car purchases in the future, highly recommend, love my car!
Dealership was nice enough when we arrived. Very nice guy offered water coffee etc... when we arrived and waited for Tom the dealer we emailed. Disappointed that the car was not what was advertised. Should have know when the picture was a stock photo but drove over an hour to get there only to find the car was scratched and dented from every angle. Dave is not your average used car salesman. On first meeting he comes off as a regular dude that you can trust. Dealing with him you find out that your first impression was correct. I rate at 2 stars due to the fact they at least were at the dealership. The car was definitely not worth the asking price. I was wanting to purchase it for my daughter... Drove 2.5 hours to find that the car wasn't as it appeared in the pictures. Silver tape rust repair? Oil leak that had been neglected long enough to coat the alternator with soot. Local folks may benefit from their selection of vehicles, but not those of us who would travel for a specific car.

He replied right after thanksgiving. I finally went to Illinois today to look at the van. It was a great experience. I bought it and will definitely buy from this dealer again.
