I hired Carsa construction company to create a new attic access in our house. It was relocated from the Master bedroom closet to the upstairs bedroom. The quality of the work was outstanding, clean and, detailed. Highly recommend this company and I am looking forward to my next project with them which is expanding and creating a new pantry area for our kitchen.
Carsa Construction did a fabulous job on our roof and ceilings. We purchased our home last year and our inspector did not thoroughly inspect our roof. With all the rain this year we ended up having 5 leaks and damage to the interior. C.J. came out understanding that we were paying out of pocket they replaced our roof and repaired the inside ceilings. I had Carsa do a roof inspection for me on a house I was considering purchasing. They were very thorough and did not recommend unnecessary repairs. Their rates were very reasonable. The men who came to the house were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. When they didn't hear from me for several days, CJ followed up with a polite, no pressure phone call. I did not end up using their services, because I did not buy the house, but if I have future roof repairs, I will definitely call Carsa to do the work.
