Set up appointment to look at a vehicle and informed them I have cash in hand no financing needed and they sold the car and didnt even have the decency to call me and inform me they sold it
I will never spend a dime with these scam artist again. Worst customer service ever. How can you sell a car without a title? How can you just leave a customer sitting with no way to drive the vehicle you sold them? Most unethical car sales lot there is.
I just bought a car Saturday. Didn't even make it home before the transmission went bad. The owner said he can't help make it right. So I'm out my $1200.00 I put as a down payment. His exact response was. I sell as is cars. I can't help you.
The car I had scheduled to take for a test drive had been sold a while ago and so was another car I seen that was posted. Was not happy waited my time...
