I went in with a lot of doubt, knowing I needed what they had and knew I could afford it but, with my credit it would be a challenge. Well thanks to Patrick the finance man he got it done for me. Affordable payments, good interest, and terms that were fantastic. Thanks a ton to Patrick and the staff!
If I could give a zero I would! You think they would appreciate their customers a little more since without us they'd have no paycheck or job. Learn to stand behind the cars you sell and have enough dignity to accept it when you do a customer wrong or sell a bad car or give false information about something. You will not get any recommendation from me but I will be sure to tell everyone to not come to your business for a car.
I would NOT recommend them to anyone I no .my daughter bought her a car and within a WK she was told the catalytic convertor had to be replaced and had a leaky valve cover and now of is the shop getting the transmission rebuilt and she has only had the car a month!! And they refuse to make anything good!!!so don't go there unless you want to spend money on repairs
I just have to take a minute and say thank you to James and Mark for everything they did to help me buy my first car. Cars Etc really cares about their customers. I am a single mom with 2 boys and they took time to truly help me. So thank y'all for everything y'all did to get me in the right car for my family. Thanks Emmie Hulsey
