They Treated Me Better A Lo g Time Ago. Now Im Not Happy At All
Worst place to buy a car . Once I recommended but now i regret it .
I don’t really leave bad reviews but after the experience I had I’m posting any and everywhere. The finance department is horrible no professionalism what so ever. We were paying for repairs not the monthly payment. Their system wasn’t working and was declining my card they kept stating it was my address which it wasn’t and I showed them, called my bank even my bank verified they approved the transaction but THEIR system kicked it back. Worst place to buy your ride. Finance department is the worst and they don't answer their phones most of the time. Couple times we had our Van shut off for no reason and sometimes we were only like 3 days late from a payment we never miss. But yet they will shut off your ride no matter what situation your in or where your at. Me and my kids had to walk home one time 5 miles just to take our groceries back home for dinner. Worse dealer ever...especially ERikA shutting off our vehicle for nothing when we had payed out payment..honestly I wouldn't recommended to no one.!!!!
Purchased a vehicle from Cars 2 Go in August. Negotiated for them to replace the windshield. Had problems with the vehicle. It would die driving down the road for no reason. Sometimes it would start back up and sometimes not. Not only did they not take responsibility for that but they refused to replace the windshield. It took many many phone calls over 4 weeks to finally get in touch with the person to get it scheduled to be told that they weren't going to do it. Total run around about the paperwork and repair.
