I was told sense I placed a cash order it needed to be verified, but they never called me. Twenty min after my delivery time I called them they told me they tried to call me and that it would be another hour before i would receive it. Ummm no thanks!
Continually disappoint. ALWAYS late. And RARELY call to let you know. Getting the food correct is a 50/50 chance. If you're in a bind to have food delivered make sure you order WAY in advance and don't expect too much.
Amazing customer service and company - and the drivers are so nice
First time using this service. We received our food sooner than expected and it was still hot.. kudos
It was a nice service at first-delivery from a variety of restaurants instead of standard local delivery of pizza, subs and chinese. The options for 21229 were plenty at first, then rapidly shrunk. There are about 10 restaurants listed, most $50 minimum - sub/pizza/chinese/kabobs & a deli (which is closed during the hours we'd normally order) are what is left (as of today), not sure how many would spend a minimum of $50 in any of the restaurants listed. I guess it depends what zip code you're in.
I've been using this service for years and yes a very few times something goes wrong but they always made it right. This is a great service! I highly recommend it.
When you promise to deliver a pizza, salad, and dessert in 120 minutes it better be perfect. When you're charging what amounts to nearly a 25% surcharge (3.5% for debit card and another 8 as the delivery charge), again it better be perfect. My food was cold, plain and simple, 2 hours is entirely unacceptable. Your client restaurants should be informed just how poorly it tastes, and looks after sitting around for an hour plus .
