Delivery is always slow. Today, lunch arrived an hour after the requested delivery time.
This is the worse carryout online service I have ever used !! They are never on time and when you call to see where your order is they will tell you a time and they won’t show for another 30 min. I’ve asked to speak to the Manager (young )plenty of times no return phone calls and won’t speak to me on the phone. I will never order from this company again and would not recommend it.
Delivery service is HORRIBLE. If anyone plan on ordering for lunch, make sure you order 3 days prior. Hopefully you’ll get it on time.
RecommendedThis was the first time I ordered through Carryout Menu. The site said it would take an hour and my food was at my house exactly in an hour. All the orders were correct and food still hot. The driver was kind and helpful. We will definitely use them again!
Ordered food from a restaurant 15 minutes away. 20 minutes later I called them and the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back and they said my food will be delivered in 20 minutes because the restaurant was backed up. I called the resataraunt and they said that they were not behind. Twenty minutes later and still no food. I called the them back and they said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. The restaraunt is only 15 minute drive away so total bs.
