RecommendedWe had to cancel our rental because of Covid. Carroll Realty helped us re-rent the house and refunded ALL of our fees!! Will definitely rent through them again when this is all over.

I received excellent service from Carroll Realty. They are very prompt and professional. When I had questions about several potential rental properties they responded within a few hours, and got the booking. Other property owners/managers took several days to get back to me. When Covid-19 travel restrictions forced a change in plans they refunded our deposit in full promptly and with no hassles. Though we won't be able to use the beautiful beach house we had rented due to COVID-19, the staff at Carroll Realty were enormously helpful and willing to work with us. From before we booked, until today when we had to cancel, they were nothing but helpful and responsive. We appreciate their customer service and will definitely be renting from them in the future when circumstances are different.
