They could improve on not lying to their clients. Very disappointed and zero Professionalism from an owner (Micheal). He actually went as far as to call my husband screaming and wished death upon him. Which is so unbelievable. My son was witness to this vulgar outrage from a pathetic realtor.
RecommendedService is always great and the staff is accommodating on every level.

I’ve stayed in one of their beach homes on IOP over Christmas with my family and it was a wonderful experience! The home was well taken care of and we had a great time! I also personally know Ashley and Mike Carroll and they are two awesome people that are trying their best during this COVID mess. I truly wish them the best and hope I am able to rent one of their beach homes again.

Amazing company with superb customer service! Mike, the owner of Carroll Realty, has been diligently assisting my family and I to find our dream beach house! He is never pushy and always has our best interest at heart. He will drop everything to show us a new listing on the market that is believed with suit us. We moved down to SC about a year ago. We have been so lucky to have found Mike. He has been so understanding and patient throughout our whole process in trying to find a house. Owner is unethical. Banning the local people from outside IOP to park there and enjoy the beach is absurd. He only has his best interest in mind.
