I just finished a family trip to the IOP in mid June 2026. Before arriving, the staff was quick to respond to all my questions. During our stay, we had an issue with the door lock of the condo and were locked out. This was a real concern for us as we were traveling with young children. This was one of the most memorable vacations me and my family have had thanks to Tamlyn and Carrol Reality. We are having a great time at the island and the house is amazing. We will definitely be coming back as soon as possible.
Got screwed on an AIRb&b and Angie worked past closing to help me into a rental that same afternoon. Her boss even called while I was on the line to make sure we were good. Will book directly with them in the future!
We loved the location, ease and access to beach but we were disappointed in the unit. The original unit we reserved had noted recent updates, which influenced our decision, but the realty company asked us to stay in a different unit due to construction. It was definitely not an equitable unit. Sadly it was very dated and needed repairs.
This rental company is an absolute joke. BEWARE, zero communication, filthy condo, deceiving pictures online. No hot water, mold ALL over the bathrooms, the list goes on. Don’t waste your money renting from them.
