Dr. Carroll is the best. I've been his patient since 2017 and he did not rush to say let's do surgery he tried several outpatient procedures and as of September 2023 we both have decided we have tried everything else possible and it's now time for surgery. So I loved that his first thought and choice was not surgery but other outpatient techniques to see if that would bring me some relief
