Frustrated when you schedule car appointment online and reserve a loaner car but none available! Kinks my plans. Don't expect to get anything you enter on Ed Carroll's website.... Don't ask for a detailed car wash, or don't bother entering additional services..... They don't get any of it°°°°~~~~seriously they need their website fixed and every time the employees agree but no one is making changes. Arrgggg.....
