I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new Volkswagen GLI from Kat McNutt and the interaction from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Wow! I couldn't be happier with the Audi service department, particularly Ryan who really went above and beyond with recently servicing my A5. They were honest and upfront about the current condition of the vehicle, and gave me a clear understanding and expectation of maintenance that will need to be done in the future. Without a doubt, my next Audi will come from Ed Carroll and I'll continue to make the drive from Wyoming to have it serviced there!
Worst service I ever had. Tried calling multiple times to get a service done. Finally had to leave a message and they never called me back. Once I finally got a appointment down they forgot to write it down because they couldn’t find it. If they weren’t a certified service dealer I would never tried to use them.
Great car buying experience! Went in looking for a specific Audi A4, the sales team was patient and worked to find us the perfect car. No pressure, just individualized attention.
