RecommendedVery good! Hash my service advisor was great! Helped me address my concerns and John the sales guy helped me look at my future car. They discussed the Audi Care program with me and cleared up my confusion on it. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful as well. Excellent trip overall. And that’s good because they are my nearest Audi dealer at over 200 miles away! I live in Wyoming.
Took my Audi A6 in for a 75k service they charged me 1400 bucks and the oil that was “new” is barley touching the dip stick low level line, the transmission fluid that was changed is low as well the car shakes violently when shifting gears which was never an issue before I took it in, the cabin air filter which was changed behind the passenger dash was changed but the dash was still loose when I got the car back, I have a meeting over the phone tomorrow with the service manager, I’ll let you know how it goes So to follow up ... read more
After test driving a Cayman in Ft. Collins in January, the salesman was going to put some numbers together for me so I could plan a purchase. It is now 2 months later and I still have never heard a word from them. They must not have taken me serious, I guess. Unfortunately for them, I just purchased a 2018 Cayman from a nearby dealership this week. They should take every customer serious until they know otherwise!!
Great people. Bought a used Porsche from them. Excellent price and service beyond my expectations. Having a minor problem with the alarm now and they are taking care of that for me. Very happy with their service and their communications!

All I can say is WOW! The Ed Carroll Motor Company really raises the bar when it comes to customer service, perhaps more places should come here and be trained! I personally didn’t have my car fixed here because I don’t live here but my friend had and issue with her VW we came and dropped it off, they brought us home and picked us up the next day, there was another issue separate from the original service call and the handled it with complete grace and superior customer care!! Do not buy/service a car at Ed Carroll! My father dropped off his car at Ed Carroll three months ago today. It has been "repaired" and returned several times, after the original $6500 repair. He cannot get a straight answer from anyone in the sales/service department, and they refuse to assist him in any additional way of getting a new mode of transportation (after promising to help him with a trade in more than once). They are dishonest and do not appreciate their customers, a horrible way to run a business.
