I am very very disappointed with Carroll County Animal Hospital. This is the only after hours and emergency animal hospital in our area. The last two times I have went by or called, I have been turned away. We have an on going issue with our yorkie. I have taken to the vet during the week and it just so happens he worsens during after hours and on weekends. The first time I brought my dog in, I was told there was no doctor in at 7 pm.
