I do not like this place at all, I have had horrible experiences with both fur babies that I have had to bring in, in emergency situations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I have been using CCAH for my pets for at least 10 years. Me, my personal pets as well as foster pets have always been treated with kindness, respect and compassion.
Just brought in a stray cat and they where excellent with her. Treat her wonderfully.
Have been taking my 2 dogs and 2 cats here since I moved to Carrollton. Service has never been fantastic, but today it was entirely unacceptable. I made an appointment for my new kitten and confirmed that several times over the phone with the receptionist. When I arrived for said appointment, the receptionist (not the same one I had made the appointment with) was very rude and informed me I was an hour late.
