Awesome place to live. Grounds are clean, well kept and the landscaping is very nice. Nice pool, gym and other extras (pool table and shuffleboard in the clubhouse). And of course, my actual apartment is great. Being my first apartment to myself, it's been great. It has the perfect amount of space. All the appliances are great. And the little things like light fixtures, trim/molding and counter tops are all very nice. Had a great time at the Brew Top resident event. Tacos were delicious, company was awesome and the beer was great!!! Can't wait for the next event! Carrington Park Apartments ROCK!!!
This place has a wonderful outward appearance, However the Apartments could use some updating. High efficiency washer and dryer would save the residents and the environment. They also claim to have a full-time groundskeeper, however the grounds are covered in dog feces.
