Awesome place to live. Grounds are clean, well kept and the landscaping is very nice. Nice pool, gym and other extras (pool table and shuffleboard in the clubhouse). And of course, my actual apartment is great. Being my first apartment to myself, it's been great. It has the perfect amount of space. All the appliances are great. And the little things like light fixtures, trim/molding and counter tops are all very nice. I gave it one star because it's impossible to give zero. Don't expect maintenance to be done timely or well.
I love it. The complex employees have been so nice and helpful. Its clean and well maintained. They could use updating on appliances.
Call Health deptin clay county on trash situation! Also I have called KMBC to air . I think Channel 4 has a similar service ! All leasing tenants get involved!
I thought it was very nice and the Tennants had nice apartments nicer than some condominium I've seen landscaping also very nice and the layout of the buildings
