Awesome place to live. Grounds are clean, well kept and the landscaping is very nice. Nice pool, gym and other extras (pool table and shuffleboard in the clubhouse). And of course, my actual apartment is great. Being my first apartment to myself, it's been great. It has the perfect amount of space. All the appliances are great. And the little things like light fixtures, trim/molding and counter tops are all very nice. My two years living in these apartments were great until I had to interact with management. The first red flag was when I was applying for the apartment, my roommates and I didn't make enough money on our own, but together we scraped by. The person reviewing our application with us told us she would adjust MY personal income to get us approved, which seemed like a really sketchy thing to do. Carrington Park would be a wonderful place to live if not for all the awful people that plague their offices. I lived there with my 3 roommates for 2 years, and had more than a large share of problems. If I didn't have to have a single interaction with management about maintenance, unannounced tests and repairs, billing, or questions of any sort, it would have been a wonderful time. RecommendedThis apartment community is a treasure in the northland area. It has mature trees and almost feels like you live outside of the city while still close to everything you need.. The staff is amazing and Ashley is very attentive to any concerns and is very proactive about getting things resolved if there is a problem.. The amenities are great although Covid did put a damper on some things this summer. I plan to live here for a few years.

I have lived here for almost a year now. The apartment is spacious and maintenance gets things done quickly. The office staff has been great. Ashley is very attentive and quick to respond to emails when I have a question or concern. Definitely plan on renewing my lease.

My husband, daughter, and I just moved in a couple weeks ago, but we are absolutely loving it! Pros: Updated apartment, closet space, quiet surroundings, well-kept grounds, parking, and quick response to maintenance requests. Our only complaint so far is that communication with office staff via email isn’t consistent and is often slow. However, if you call the office or stop in, they are prompt in answering all questions and are very friendly. We are hoping to spend several years here!
Maintenance is excellent. On time, knowledgeable, efficient, professional. Couldn't ask for anything better. Issues large and small are handled pronto. Great place to live.
We had a few issues in the beginning but the staff was very responsive, respectful, helpful and maintenance made sure everything was in tip top shape. All staff are friendly and very kind to us. The only reason we haven't given the property 5 stars is (and this is beyond the control of the site staff) the appliances are tired and the landscaping could use updating in some areas, but the grounds are clean and maintained well.
I lived here for 49 months and how Steadfast management has done after I left especially with the water bill has left a dent in my living experience here. Poor management and slow incompetent maintenance will NOT make me RECOMMEND this place to my friends and family members. Needs improvements on customer service.
