Flat roof replacement of original with tar & gravel appication which required removal of tar gravel and tar paper base over decking. In two days time my roof looks like a brand new house roof including the piping from surface of roof. Replaced one 4'x4' Skylight as well. These people know their business and have it perfected and honest as well.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and informative about the entire process, taking before & after photos on his phone in order to show me what was needed & what was done! Used a better, more durable crack filler & I have confidence this product will last much longer. Clean, uniformed & very efficient. I'm so glad to have found this company!
Very responsive and able to get the job completed in a relatively short time. The roof looks good and they cleaned the area after the work was completed. I would recommend the company to others.

On time and all that was asked
Ricardo was right on time with his estimate and work being done. He did a roof tune up for me and I asked him if he could fix some of the stucco that was cracking around the roof and porch. He told me he could do all of the work, but he might have trouble matching the stucco color. All the work was completed, but the difference in the stucco color was at least six shades lighter than my walls and looks pretty terrible. At least the leaks are fixed.
