Had to come back to finish some areas but overall they were very good.
I was given a quote to fix a run off slot on my roof then a quote to remove and fix another part of my roof. The only thing that was done to add some stuff on the seams. They didn't even move things that where on the roof so they put the sealant on top of my tv lines that are on my roof. Know they have given mea final warranty for the work and won't return my phone calls.

This contractor left a hole in the roof, didn't finish the job and demanded more money the morning of the start of the job. Water pouring into the house from his 'hose test' showed the leak as worse. His solution was to return the next morning even though it was snowing and it was only noon. This issue has been resolved and the customer is happy. It was a one time incident and weather had a huge factor in the issue at that time. We are a hard working group of guys and our intention is never to make the customer feel like they were taken advantage of. We are always willing to fix the issue if problems every arise and they don't often.
