They gave a very competitive price. They gave a start date and a schedule and stuck with both. It was a hard project using Gaco roof coating to resurface an old tar and gravel roof that had duct work on it. Even though it was very time consuming, they did it right and covered the roof completely.
Outstanding service and workmanship. I contacted them on a Thursday and had a new roof fully installed by Tuesday, They also were the most price competitive that I considered.
Please understand that I can't be certain until after the rainy season. But I have a new TPO flat roof installed by Carrrillo Roofing. They were very responsive, the work was timely. I changed the type of roofing from a composite tar and gravel to TPO in part because of their professional answers to all of my questions. The price was competitive and I have not one single complaint. So now I wait for the rains.
They are prompt professional reasonable and appreciate your business. Credit cards accepted easy pay for emergency repair.
