Sandra's office and staff are unorganized,it takes a long time to get a return call back, a long time to schedule, and an inordinate amount of time for routine things to get done. She has called my medications in late everytime she has filled them. She is very defensive and seems angry if questioned about why it takes so long to handle these matters. She does a really good job explaining medication options and how medications work but has been really pushy about therapy, wanting me to do Emdr.i was not referred to her for th... read more
I don't believe you could find a more caring provider. She is available 24 hours a day if you need her. She is VERY knowledgeable in her line of practice. She has the most adorable "office worker" named Lori. (she is a dachshund) Lori helps you relax. She is there to pet if you need her. Sandra is amazing. In many years of searching for help she is the FIRST that I believe can and will help me.
On her phone during appointments texting ? Unorganized. Slow. Her dog is in her office and is aggresive and will bite.
The provider always goes out of her way to provide information about new treatments,etc. She provides samples when she can - is prompt wish her responses...present during appts, etc. Her receptionist Don is very kind, and goes out of his way to help with the door and my walker. Her assistant Carly has helped me locate transportation and dental resources. They are fantastic !
Her office staff are nuce, professional and attentive. She is present, available and approachable. She is patient centered and really explains options ....pros and cons...and them let me pick the treatment.
