DO NOT USE this contractor. The owner is a thief, liar, and not a competent builder. We paid him all but one draw and have been left with an incomplete project ($100k) - he did not get a permit, build to code, and left with our money. We are still getting invoices from all the people he did not pay. I hope you read this and chose wisely! Let our HUGE mistake save you!
DO NOT USE this contractor. I feel the owner is a thief, liar, and not a competent builder. We paid him all but one draw and have been left with an incomplete project ($100k) - a structural engineer informed me that a permit did not exist and it was required and learn no permit was pulled in order to build to code, and left with our money. We are still getting invoices from all the people he did not pay. I hope you read this and chose wisely! Let our HUGE mistake save you!

Extremely professional but took longer to complete as promised.
Wayne and his company was a pleasure to work with. We needed to have a handicap accessible bathroom, doors widened, and a sidewalk ramped up to be even with the threshold. He and his crew accomplished this in a timely manner and with friendly attitudes - always willing to do what would please us. They are on time and professional and never leave a mess.
WP Hicks has some great guys working with him. We added a bathroom and are extremely happy with the finished project.
Wayne's a character all right. The project did take a couple of weeks longer than expected, but still better than it could have been. We just had a big project that we needed to get done fast. Wayne is a great contractor and if another project came up in the future, he'd be the first person I'd call!
