Lovely building in the West End close to everything! We had our student here for senior year (about 10 minutes to GWU) and always found the common areas to be immaculate - it seemed like someone was always cleaning, vacuuming, or polishing something! A staff member is at the front desk 24/7. Our student had no pest issues with bugs or rodents at all in the time he was there. Great location, building has improved in the last year. I’ve lived here over 4 years (and just moved to a new apartment within the building in fall 2020). There are some rodent issues, to the point that I literally adopted a cat 8 months into my time here to deal with the mice. (There was a period in 2019 where there were rats, but that’s been resolved.)
