Excellent, caring, and gracious staff. I was provided ring removal from a swollen finger, followed by ring repair. Additional services included jewelry appraisal. I found the environment professional and comfortable and will definitely return

Regina and her staff definitely understand that purchasing fine jewelry is definitely a major decision .All involved listened carefully to what we were interested in and liked and then offered choices of how to accomplish our goals. We purchased several items and also have had several older pieces re-made and they all are stunning. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to offer advice and suggestions regarding purchase options. This is truly a premier jewelry salon.

My husband purchased my custom-made engagement ring/wedding band over 24 years ago from Carreras. I recently took it in to have the prongs fixed on the diamonds and the band re-rounded and Sally waited on me. She was very pleasant and gave me an estimate, and called back a couple of days later to give me the actual price from the repairman.
