My experience at Carreras Jewelers was top notch. Their expertise, professionalism and customer service was outstanding. My sales associate, Mary, could not have been more helpful in helping me with decisions regarding designing a family ring. I would not go to any other jeweler in Richmond!!

I have been a Carreras fan and friend for over 20 years. Regie Carreras and her staff are knowledgeable about jewelry and thoughtful about the kinds of gifts that create lasting memories and retain value over time. They treat everyone as friends - not Just customers. I would not think of buying from anyone other than Carreras Jewelers !!

I have been in to Carreras several times this month (January 2019) and had great experiences each time! I first went in to look at the estate jewelry. I enjoyed Mark’s helpful and extensive knowledge. I ended up going back in and selling some of my old jewelry and making several purchases of estate jewelry for myself! The pieces I purchased are so unique and I love wearing them. One piece I purchased I had not seen in the store but on their website, so I called and asked to go in and see it. A ring that we purchased in Sausalito, CA many years ago needed repair. Even thought it was not purchased at Carreras, the staff (Amy) went out of their way to contact the designing firm, get us a quote and have the ring repaired. They were courteous, helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. Carreras was great to work with and I will keep them in mind for future jewelry purchase. I highly recommend them.
