Repair work perfect , but too much salesmanship in showroom (was repeatedly -both at drop off and pick up-asked to make a Christmas wish list which was awkward)

I went to Carreras for the first time to have my wedding rings checked and cleaned. Unfortunately a few stones were loose and needed to be fixed. Sally was very helpful and great in her communication along the way from setting up the repair slip, notifying me of the estimated cost and calling when my ring was ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend Carreras!

The appraiser is not only quite knowledgeable but helpful and thorough as well. They handled my engagement ring repair very professionally and updated me throughout the process. Carreras is my go-to place for jewelry repair, big and small. Always high quality work, helpful staff and fair prices. My latest ring was a family “heirloom” which my mom loved, but me... not so much. You replaced a rather sad looking pearl with a beautiful tanzanite stone, polished the white gold filigree setting... and it is stunning. Many thanks!
