I went to three other jewelry stores in Richmond before Carreras while looking for an engagement ring for my now fiance. None of them even came close to the level of customer service I felt at Carreras. I worked specifically with Amy who was outstanding at helping me customize the ring I wanted and worked with me patiently until I was satisfied with it. For the best service in Richmond and a truly custom experience, I would not go anywhere else.
I was very excited to make my very first Carreras purchase! I have been coming into Carreras for a couple of years now and had never purchased anything. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They stand behind the jewelry that they sell and send for repair. If an issue arises they will more than take care of it for you.
Sally was so easy to work with and sent me options for what we were discussing ahead of time. It made my trip into the store quick and easy. Great selection of options and my wife loved the gift!
