We were a party of 12 there on Christmas Eve. It has become our family tradition for 16 years. We get great service and wonderful food. We try to get done and leave in a timely manner, so they can get home to their families but we have NEVER been rushed out. They are great!!
Chicken was over cooked, waited for 45 minutes for a large party. Host didn’t know what he was doing. Disappointed, I’m a small business owner & this was our year end/holiday dinner. What a waste of my hard earned money. Doubt if we ever go back. Sad because we eat there regularly.
Our family loves Carrabbas. We know that every time we go there we will get excellent service and amazing, consistent food. If we ever have an issue, we let the waitstaff know and it is quickly remedied. We visited on Saturday, 12/4 and had a wonderful dinner. We had an issue with a piece of crockery in one of our salads, but we showed it to the front of house manager and the whole team jumped into motion to discover the source and keep it from happening to anyone else. It was the first time we have ever been there. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the food was not all that good. I had chicken parmesan that was burnt on the bottom. That I can overlook. It was the roach that we had to kill that was climbing on the wall next to our table that did it for me. My son did enjoy his lasagna. But due to the roach I will never go back.
