When you have a party of 9 adults and 6 children, you should have more than one person working the group. Twice this group has been there in a month and both times things went really slowly and food wasn't as good as usual.
First time eating here. The food was good but the atmosphere was teribble. Management allowed screaming children to run around while we ate. Could have been a better experience. Prob won't come back.
My wife and I ate here yesterday and the food was very tasty. The waiter was very knowledgeable with items on the menu and he was very personable and nice. I would have given you a 5 star rating: BUT the seats in the booth were falling apart and gross to sit on. I don't think this is sanitary as bodily fluids can enter the seat and diseases and germs can be passed easily through contact because you cannot clean it effectively.
I had a problem with my chicken and told the waitress. She got the manager right away. The manager was so apologetic. She redid the meal and insist I get desert so me and my husband could at least eat desert together. When we got the bill she comp the meal and desert. That's what I call good service. We left a 40 percent tip to the waitress. Thank you for good service
I took my daughter-in-law and family there for her birthday. It was a very good meal and even though it can be challenging to wait on children (ages 2, 6, 8)the waitress was patient, friendly and smiled the whole time. Oh and the dessert was a chocolate dream. Yum!
excellent food and service. Try the lentil soup, it's great.
