We had a short visit to that area and to our surprise the manager from Carrabba’s in Jacksonville is in St Pete now!! Awesome as always!! Our service and food couldn’t have been better!!
Service was horrendous. Our server was rude and couldn’t be bothered with us. He brought my boyfriend the wrong beer and completely ruined my order after spending 10 minutes describing what I wanted while he was writing things down I wasn’t even saying (then whined he had to start over on a new page). Thanks for completely ruining our anniversary dinner. We walked out after seeing the disaster that was the main course. Utterly disappointing.
It really is good food. Girlfriend and her family took me there and we had a great time.
Food was great... SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!! No drink refill. Didn't ask about the food. I've very very disappointed!!!!!
The food was awesome, the service has been pitiful. Waitress never asked if we needed refills on drinks, (I've sat here with an empty water glass for a good twenty minutes); never asked if we wanted dessert, never asked if the meal was satisfactory, nothing! Don't think I'll be back to this Carrabba's!!!!
Food was great but the waitress never asked if we needed our drinks refilled, never asked if we wanted dessert, asked for a to go cup & was told ok but we don't have lids, however I saw to go cups with lids on them..... very disappointed
Alway a good time sitting at the bar. Bartender Matt is very attentive and remembers everyone,polite and thankful . Food has always been great. We usually get there once a week.
