RecommendedVERY SLOW!! It was packed and not enough servers. Very long wait to get everything, water,appetizer, salad, main course. We were there for 2 hours!!! Poor management!!
Waited over an hour to be seated. Empty tables were in eye sight. Some employees were just standing around. The ones actually working looked mad. After being seated we waited for 20 minutes for bread. The first bad experience I had at Carraba’s. Will avoid this location in the future.
Hostess service was terrible. Arrived after calling for call ahead seating and was waiting when another couple came in after us and they were offered a booth in the bar. We were never offered it first. Love Carrabba's but will frequent a different location and give our patronage to another franchise.
Went there for my daughters birthday. Excellent waiter name Mike served us. I give him a 5. Food was great. This was our first time at this location. We are new to this area. Keep up the good work!!!!
We ordered curbside to be ready at 620pm. It is now 705pm and I sit with a crying hungry baby in my car with no food yet. Why don't I leave? Because although they could not manage to find the order they found my receipt to pay and have had my money for the whole time. Blamed it on a computer glitch but 8 cars have come and gone and here we sit. Horrid service
Dinner was a disappointment. Lasagna appeared to be frozen and microwaved. Definitely was not baked. Mussels were not fresh. Could not eat either one.
