The service was slow. The server seemed very high. The pork chops were cold and raw. The manager made excuses for the cold raw pork chops. He did comp the meal so that was decent of him. They had no mashed potatoes no kids sirloin steak even though it was on the menu. It is no longer served. There was more but it doesn’t really matter.

We want to proudley acknowledge Brandon M. Jimenez, the manager at Tyrone. The most courteous person. Kind and gentle greeting all the guest and spoke with each person at our table and made sure everything was perfect for us and if it wasn't he would change it to make us happy and perfect. He went to all the tables in the restaurant, and I am sure he did the same to all the people in the restaurant. Not the best of shrimp today... Definately had better before...
this is a toss up between YES and no. we've been frequenting this carrabbas for many years. always Friday for date night. we've not been for a couple weeks and went back tonight. why do you train servers on a busy Friday night? our server (newby) was so busy training someone else I had to ask for a refill on my water! there were no less than 8 servers standing around the food service area trying to figure out what was going on and who needed to do What!
