I absolutely love Carrabba's but last night was by far the worst service. Don't get me wrong, she was sweet. But, first she brought my daughter sweet tea instead of unsweet, then we didn't get our mozzarella we ordered as an app. I asked for kalamata olives in my salad....didn't get that either. I ordered my marsala sauce on the side.....nope steak was covered in it. I was sick to my stomach at 2:30am. About 5 hours after eating there. The food tasted good going down though.
When you call Carrabba's Italian Grill- St. Petersburg/Tyrone 2 weeks ago to see if they have a private room and they told me yes so I booked it for 25 people and we are stuffed in the back of the restaurant with only 20 seats we ask the on site manger Jesse if we could just have the table next to us and he tell us NO that's he not sure who booked us because they don't take reservations. I just honestly feel bad for the two tables next to us. And I'm not sure why the manager won't accommodate us.

Had a great Birthday lunch. Food & service was good. Waiter was very nice
Truly delicious. Service with a smile and great tasting food.
Very noisy but great food. Waitress serving a large group and at least four other tables but service was great. Can't say much for management but tipped her well.
