Our first date was at Carrabba's in Baton Rouge. We recently married. They so kindly sent us a sweet gift certificate that I know we'll enjoy soon. We love Carrabbas!
No one was at the hostess stand so we stand there waiting. Then an employee walked by us twice and never looked up or even acknowledged us. We finally get seated only to wait even longer. We watched 3 other tables seated after us get water and bread while we continued to wait. Only after I made them aware of my frustration did someone other than our waitress come to bring us water. I would have left but my daughter really wanted to stay. NO employee should ever walk past a customer and ignore them! Very disappointing!!
Horrible service. They told us it would be an hour wait and we waited 2 hours. Food came out at different times. Horrible experience.

food was delicious as usual but i can get good food other Italian places here in town the service was by far the worse ever experienced!!! even though none of the items that are normally provided with the paid meal was late or not given correctly i had to ask multiple time for items like bread oil cheese refill more than once for the initial service if i was not so hungry and had not already placed my order i would have left Hats off to the bar tender that kept me calm but the server was terrible rude and lazy. anyone from t... read more
