Dinner was great. I had the chicken trio and it was fantastic. My husband had a pasta dish that was amazing. The best part was our sever, Rashanda. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on all the dishes on the menu. Her smile and pleasant disposition went far beyond our expectations. We also saw that same service to the other tables she was working.
Well i have always loved this place but we knew something just wasn't right in the kitchen, took an hour to get our food and the alfredo sauce was like milk, not thick!! Must be new chef...
Roshonda made our Birthday wonderful. We had scampi and beer. It was delicious.
This is the second time I've been to Carrabbas at Town Center. I've had amazing service both times. I don't remember the name of my server the first time, but this time my servers name was Rashanda. Both were very well informed about the menu, suggested drinks, and had great personalities. The manager also came to the table and asked about our evening. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MEDIOCRE FOOD!! Just went there last night after staying away for 4 years...won't be going back!
