the service has gotten so bad. I come at least once or week but I think today is my last.
Food and service were excellent for our Valentine's dinner.
Calamari was tasteless it the pasta and soup were delectable.
I rarely give "1" reviews but here goes: lunch today featured really mediocre lasagna, inedible chicken parmesan and a sandwich (also chicken parm) which was so poorly presented on the plate that we took a photo. Soup was forgotten. Water was not refilled until I asked. Our server was either having a bad day or isn't well suited for the position. They were out of the double pork chop my favorite. Had to settle for chicken parmesan Lasagne. Looked frozen burned as well. Seem to be like Olive Garden food.
The food was wonderful but my waiter sucked... he was real lazy and didn't even wanna bring the items I needed..
The food was great! The service was awful! Our waitress had major attitude. We had to get her replaced. I'm sorry, I prefer great customer service over anything. If the service is bad, it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth thus making the food bad!
