Took five minutes for someone to notice we were waiting to be seated. We sat at the table for another 10 minutes before someone walked by and said have you been helped yet. I noticed a man sitting alone he sat there for a while no one ever went to help him So he got up and left. The food was good and after we finally got a waiter he was very good
This had been one of my favorite restaurants in BR since it opened. Over the last 2yrs, it has gone way down in food quality but most of all, in service. The last 3 times we went the entire experience was terrible. The servers are slow if they come by at all. The chicken soup is just water full of giant, hard vegetables. The scampi barely has any sauce and the bread was burned that ia served with it. Only 6 or 7 other patrons in the entire restaurant and it was like pulling teeth to get a server to refill our water. Some of the food was served cold as well. I’d love to tip well, especially during a pandemic, but our server couldn’t have been any less enthusiastic. Shame because having eaten at this chain before, we really thought it would be better. And from the looks of these reviews, we aren’t the only people to have bad service over the last year.

So tonight is my birthday and we had to split our party which we were fine with, but literally across the restaurant. Next my husband ordered a margarita (which he has had here before) tasted like there was no alcohol much less an extra shot of Patron- that was supposed to be on side but we were told she put in drink. Food was warm, not hot. Food appeared to be micro waved. Lasagna I ordered was mushy. Didn’t get everything ordered. Hair found in ice water. Yum!!
