Carrabba's has always been our favorite place for Italian, but it's quickly becoming my least favorite place. When we first started coming here, the serving sizes were great. Tonight, I ordered pasta and sauce with a side salad, and I literally got a side dish of pasta! It was in a vegetable plate! When I got the bill, it was rung up as a side of pasta. I also asked for it al dente, but that's not happening. It was a glutinous mass.
We eat here at least twice a month. Seems to be new management the service was way below par. I was very unhappy and never got a table visit from the manager. Won't be going back anytime soon.
The shrimp I had was awesome and my wife chicken parmesan was very good
Even before I could get food I saw a sign that they chose a political stance of being a gun free zone. Spoke to management they were really polite, nice, and non confrontational. Said it was a corporate policy and if it is that means this nice establishment as a whole does not want my business. Will not return however it was no fault of any managers, servers, or any other employees I came in contact with.
There food is great and loved the spices and flavor I will be going back and the staff was very helpful and friendly

It was too expensive for the amount of food. Wasn't offered anything like specials and had to ask for some bread. We won't go back.
Incredible food. Great staff. Overall our favorite new restaurant to go for dinner.
