Excellent chicken marsala! Great place for a date night.
Service, food, atmosphere, and overall experience was amazing each time I've been. Recently took my girlfriend here for a birthday dinner and we both loved it. It's a little more pricy than your conventional restaurant without being a dress up and dine style, but it was well work every penny. Would recommend to anyone.
Experience is always excellent but at this location is exceptional. Manager David Parker greets customers by name, invites as peaceful an atmosphere for employees as the rush will allow and wears an apron - he does it all and with a smile big enough to cover the whole job, not just directing people and traffic and doing paperwork. His store and his staff raise the bar. Congrats to you David! 1 - my favorite dish is Chicken Brian or Chicken Trio. 2 - don't put peppers on house salad. :)
We went to the Knoxville location and had an awesome meal. My kids enjoyed their meals as did my wife and I. Our waiter Brandon was on top of his game, we never lacked for anything. The portions were generous and the prices were good. The reason for the 4 star rating is that while the service and portions served to us was excellent the take home order of fried zucchini was about half of an order. We did not find out until we got home an hour away. But overall everything else was awesome.

Ok people we eat out a lot and by a lot mean alllll the time... we have eaten at this location before but today was AMAZING !! THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!sadly I don't remember the servers name I want to say Carrie but not sure she was marvelous !!!!!we had the tilapia and the Parmesan arugula chicken if you haven't had these go go go !!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Delicious!!! I love Carrabba's Minestrone, it's my all time favorite there. The Knoxville location is very nice, would definitely go back again...
