Highly disappointed last night. Had been looking forward to going because we hadn't been there in awhile. Then I was reminded why. The prices continue to go up, and the quality continues to go down. We had to wait to be seated. There were clearly empty tables available. We were told they were out of garlic mashed potatoes, then saw the table right behind us being served their dishes with mashed potatoes?? The is the worst experience we have ever had at Carrabba's . They were out of balsamic vinegar. The waitress brought our bread and we had to ask for dipping sauce. We got our salad's and had to ask for silverware. Refilled my drink with the wrong soda. Took forever to get our food. When the food came it was prepared wrong. They were out of stuffed pork chops at 5 in the afternoon on a Saturday. We got our entree and had to wait longer for one of the sides.
Not good, the waiter spilled a beer on one of the children in our party, two (2) of the dishes had to go back to the kitchen because they were cold, the Bruechetta was horrible! My Salad did not have a single tomatoe on it and please dont let me get started on the steak which was disapointing to say the least!
For a restaurant that is beside a conference center not to be prepared for a busy night is laughable. Messed up orders, slow service and messed up checks. Stay away.
Been to Carrbba's many times this is the first time we were truly disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken Trio have all three chicken pieces over cooked and dry, my wife had the Italian Classic with a breaded chicken patty for the chicken parmigian that just tasted funky with the lasagna small and very little cheese. Hate to see the food quality decline. They better wake up or they will continue to loose customers!
Limoncello bread pudding. I can do better then what I payed $ 9.00 for.
