... we waited for an hr to get our food & then half of the group I was with their food came out COLD !! It wasn’t even our waitress fault. She kept apologizing. I won’t be going back!!! Olive Garden’s food is better anyway.
I did online ordering with family style. I placed my order at 5:00 with a pickup time at 6:30. I arrived at 6:29 to pickup my food. I pulled up the lady asked me my name and then gave me my order total and receipt. Then after sitting in my car waiting over 25 minutes the person finally brought me my food. What is the purpose of online ordering when you have to spend almost 30 minutes waiting on your food. This was my first experience with Carraba’s online ordering and extremely disappointed.
Good food and good service
Went to the Carrabba's in Greensboro and was severely disappointed as they had forgot to order lobster ravioli and did not have it. Who forgets to order food? Severely disappointed and won't go back :(
Awesome Food ! Service was great and timely. We would dine here again.
