This post would have been excellent, But, again i give them my # and i give them my card, i ask was my visit entered ? reply was yes, this is the 4th rest that has failed on this ! i call the # 877 546 7407 Corp. and Gwennette has no int in helping me ? ask for a supervisor held for 3 min ? no one NO ONE CARES ? I had enough visits a long time ago if they had been entered , and i know How to not have it happen, maybe it is time to go elsewhere like i did with the sorry service at M Beach Bonefish !
It was just ok both food and service. Poor for a chain restaurant . This was a second visit the first was worse. Greensboro needs a good Italian restaurant
Ordered the calamari appetizer. Found a black hair in the middle of the plate. Waiter sent manager over who said he would “take care of my check”. My total bill was under $20 before he decided to only take off the $5.40 appetizer. The remaining $13. cost them a customer! Really gross when you see the kitchen staff and they both have black hair!
Too high priced n my fettuccine had to be fixed since noodles were overcooked n still second time around it wasnt much better with minimum sauce. Plus i got full on my sirloin n lobster ravioli. Hubby n i should have just went to olive garden but we wanted to see what all the fuss was about... Well 1st n last trip to this place.
We had to ask someone to wait on us. They were not busy! Food was okay. Plate was small for $. I enjoyed my salad! Waitress that came was nice!
Our server (I believe his name was Thang) was great! We never ran out of drink or bread. Fried calamari appetizer was great as well as the Chicken Parmesan and Pollo Rosa Maria. We came for an early Valentine's dinner and we'll definitely be back!
First time going and I wasn't impressed at all, Rostelllo wine was the best thing and our waiter Amari was awesome...
