We used to love Carrabba's. The past 2 years it has really gone downhill. We went back last night hoping things had improved...no such luck. We give up! We were wondering why there was no one there on a Friday night...now we know! Too bad! No one responds...so there is the evidence of lack of concern on their part.
I went yesterday and the service was very slow and it wasn’t crowded. The food was horrible.. It was served luke warm, looked and tasted like something u could find at Sams Club!! Save Your Money Ppl. And the service sucked. Olive Garden should give pasta classes! The Bread and water was the best thing I had.
For a long time, my parents and I love coming to that Italian restaurant. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly. Nice service.
Good food that is different than a lot of other chain Italian restaurants.
Got to come here for the first time on Thursday. Our server Paul was very nice, and he suggested items on the menu since we were new. Very friendly and the food was delicious! So very good service. Will return again.
Excellent food and service. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing but never felt rushed.
