Joe and his team were amazing to work with. Very professional, on time, and a fair quote. Joe met me for an in-person, on-site quote for refinishing hardwood floors and replacing carpet. His team arrived, worked, and finished on schedule. Joe was in constant communication with me the whole way. Would recommend to friends, family, or even strangers!

Carpets in the Park did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. Joe was friendly, he explained the process and timeline upfront. His quote was right in line with several other flooring companies in the area. His crew was timely, professional and tidy. At the last minute, we asked if they could refinish the floors in an extra room and they accommodated the request at a very fair price. Highly recommended!
We have used Carpets in the Park for all our flooring needs for over 30 years. We have always worked with Joe Taylor. The service and product has always been the best!! Joe is a great person. He has great advice, is very professional and we really enjoy working with him! The installation team just installed floors and stained/installed new stair treads for us! They were polite, tidy, efficient and a pleasure to work with. It all came out great. We are so happy with the result! I highly recommend this company !
