I needed assistance with design, and to understand what materials would be best for my home. Carpet Villa, stepped up and worked with me through all the decisions. They came to my house and worked out a plan. The pricing is very competitive. I will definitely work with them again. Excellent customer service.
Hands down the best carpet store in Houston. Searched a couple different places for our rental properties, however the customer service, price, and level of quality at Carpet Villa, we could not pass up. Very happy costumers.
I bought carpet from the store. He has an area in it where he just has some little swatches of carpet and you choose from those although in front he has major carpet brands, but I don't think he sells any. I think he just gets everybody in the back and they buy from the little Swatches. My experience, the insulation was terrible. The carpet is loose in the center of it. They didn't hold up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for carpet. This place has excellent prices, selection, and service. Large chain stores quoted more square feet than I needed, Zaki knew what they quoted me and still insisted on measuring. Their prices are inclusive of sales tax, pad, and install. Installed carpet 2 days after ordering. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!
These guys are great! Fair, honest, helpful and their installers are professionals. They did our whole carpet plus a design carpet on the stairs. Looks great.
