I needed my downstairs flooring completely replaced and any mold removed. The owner Tom Santee from day one when we met at my house for an estimate was easy and comfortable to work with. My contract was to begin 3 months later due to I was still getting final checks from Insurance. Once materials arrived the contract went as scheduled by Tom and I which was two weeks.
