I needed an urgent carpet pickup today. I live near Cornelius, North Carolina, and found Carpet and Flooring Liquidators in Huntersville. I called them around 9 a.m. on Friday morning, but nobody answered. I tried again at 9:30 a.m., still no answer, so I left a voicemail — they say they’ll return calls, but I never heard back. We had 1200 sq ft of carpet installed in April of this year and saved hundreds of dollars over HD and Lowe’s. The installers were great and no issues in the last 6 months. We worked with Allen and would recommend him as well.
Zero out of five stars. I drove 20 minutes in traffic to get to this store an hour before closing to find out they had closed early. Don't bother coming here they don't want our business.
Allen, at the Superstore in Huntersville, was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at the best possible price. It was truly a pleasure working with him!
Superb. Allen super helpful with making the selection and the install crew was top notch. Worked quickly and cleaned everything up behind them. Highly recommend.
